Our mission at IISE UW–Madison is to enhance the Industrial & Systems Engineering (ISyE) student experience by bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. As the largest student organization within the ISyE department, we aim to provide our members with professional development opportunities, industry exposure, leadership experience, and a strong community of peers. Through company events, workshops, outreach, and networking, we prepare students to thrive in diverse career paths and make a lasting impact beyond graduation.
